Delicious! Not my usual, but I will make again. I served
with green beans and mashed potatoes for my family. I had a sweet potato instead of mashed.
I wish the recipe cook time accounted for the quoted 45 minutes to caramelize the onions. I did 3 onions rather than 5 and it was plenty. I also did a little extra cheese.. but that’s just because I love cheese.
