Flavor came out nice! I added nutmeg like someone suggested. I also used fresh pumpkin puree. It did make a lot more liquid than could fill a 10 inch pie crust! I'm planning on using the leftover for pumpkin pie French toast. The crust ended up burning a bit, but I think that's more my oven than the recipe!
