Oh my word these are good. Use a blender if you're afraid of your batter turning out chunky. Mine was silky smooth. One 1/2 c worth of batter in the pan made a nice big crepe which covered my whole pan. When the crepe was done cooking, I poured a tablespoon of brandy on it to give it a nice infusion - they did this at the crepe stands in Paris so I thought I would give it a shot. Delicious! I then filled with Lindt chocolate spread, rolled it up and inhaled it.
