This was a nice and simple stuffed pepper recipe. That being said.... I think I'm still on.a quest for a better one. Even with extra seasonings added I think it could have used a bit more flavor is all. Still a pretty pain free recipe to follow and would suggest if you want a simpler version of a stuffed pepper dinner.
