I used udon noodles for this recipe and they soak up the sauce well. Unfortunately, I followed the in-app instructions instead of the Instagram video, which led to me to cook the vegetables after I had already put the chicken stock and cornflour in, which meant that I had to compensate with more water to soften the cabbage. Apart from that, the taste and flavours are all there. Definitely would try this again following the correct instructions next time though.
