This was good but I made changes and mistakes. I used fresh spinach when it baked. I used 1/4 tsp of red pepper and it wasn’t enough. I used 7 oz of artichoke and it wasn’t enough. Instead of mozzarella I used an Italian blend. I added cooked diced chicken and baked for 15 min instead of broiling for 5. I’ll do it again this way with more cream cheese, more red pepper, more water, and I’ll add the chicken earlier to the sauce.
