I didn't have oregano on hand, so I used marjoram.
Made it again ! Used the main recipe as a base and used chili flakes, a lot of oregano and cilantro, and apple juice instead of orange juice. Instant pot on high pressure for 15 minutes. Reduced the juices and it was fantastic 😍
