So Good! I did only use one large garlic clove, due to a sensitivity. I used presorted Rice noodles because I was running short on time, but other than those changes, I made the rest the same. I broiled some salmon and I had some leftover steamed broccoli from the day before dinner. I also had a 1/2 of avocado that I sliced and put in the bowl. It was a delicious meal. I’m so glad I tried this recipe.
