I did the Stovetop method & it was so simple & delicious! My kiddo even ate it!!! The jalapeños really make this soup! We topped ours with sour cream, some shredded marble cheese, more lime & it was just enough!
The prep steps made it even easier. Next time I think I'll add carrots & celery for more veg for us.
Definitely will make this again!!! 👌
