A great quick and easy chicken recipe. I tried it because I already had all the ingredients on hand and didn't want to go to the store. It was shockingly good for being in the "easy" category.
I'd recommend cooking this in whatever pan you have that can get a bit of a char on the chicken. It makes a big difference!
