I thought the recipe was good. The one thing that was confusing is the ratio of the cheese mixture. You fold in some of the cheese mixture into the bread. Then you dimple in more before you bake it. Then you add more on top after par baking it. Then you also add some to the cream cheese mixture. Just add a quarter of a cup to the cream cheese mixture and then split the rest in thirds.
That being said, it wasn’t hard at all, and it was absolutely delicious. I thought the dip aspect tasted like Alouette or Boursin cheese. I didn’t make my own focaccia, I actually used frozen white bread dough. It worked totally fine. I think you could also use pizza dough and use the same method.
