🫢🫢😆😂😂Even forgetting the Dijon mustard didn’t take from the dish! I added oregano, smoked paprika and more garlic. I added sliced baby carrots and used yellow squash. I also made a Chimichurri with green onions, parsley, and cilantro to drizzle over the top. I used Roma tomatoes because I already had them in my fridge! I only cooked the chicken covered for 28 minutes so as not to dry it out.
This is a super easy and delish dish for weeknights for the whole family! It doesn’t hurt that the recipe carries a 8.7 health score!
