Great flavor. Made with pumpkin spice carmelized pie crust. Baked for 42 minutes and it cracked and was undercooked in the middle. Next time reduce temp to 350 after 10-15 min and cook for at least 50 min. Then turn off oven, crack the door, and leave the pie in the oven. Also shield the edges of the pie crust throughout the whole bake--otherwise will burn
