For me: Roast potatoes according to roasting recipe in this app. The single serving comes to three cups of mashed roasted potatoes as a reference. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat the eggs before adding them to the mixture. For the topping if it's doubled, only use one and a half cups of brown sugar instead of two. Also just used one and a half cups of pecans before they were chopped, and it seems fine. The pastry cutter helped to mix the topping mixture properly. Maybe cut the butter into the mixture before adding the pecans.
