Used country crock butter and a combo of available fresh and dried herbs. Stuffed cavity with onion lemon and apple. Cooked on a rack on sheet pan and then switched to foil roasting pan for transport. Didn't make gravy. Put carrots onions underneath ..don't think they were necessary
