Probably the best chocolate cake I’ve ever made. So good, I forgot to take a picture of it before it was utterly destroyed. I made it in 3 layers instead of two, and folded some whipped cream into the pudding filling to make sure I had enough for the extra layer. 2 cupcakes wasn’t really enough to coat the outside in crumbs. Sponge was magnificent- the moistest chocolate cake ever. Huge hit for family.
