It was pretty good, although I made some slight adjustments and didn't follow the recipe to the T. I find you can swop out the dried basil for some mixed herbs and be quite liberal with the garlic. Also, if your slow cooker doesn't have a medium setting (like mine) the auto setting will do, as it will start on high to bring it to a boil quickly and then switch to low for the rest of the time. I also added spinach (15-30 minutes before serving), parmesan and pasta in the end 😋
