A solid base recipe. Sauce slightly runny so ended up adding a smidge of cornstarch to thicken. Used frozen spinach as it was all I had but it didn't add a lot - will try with broccoli next time. Smelled much stronger (mustard) than it tasted though. Served with mashed potatoes and side veg. Not a wow meal, but good use of leftover heavy cream (would probably work with milk in a pinch)
