Used this recipe but with carob powder for my chocolate allergic family. They declared it delicious, and almost indistinguishable from the real thing! I’d call that a success, so now it sits on the side ready for cold temperatures and family in need of warming up.
Notes: it doesn’t quite entirely fit in my food processor, which was awkward as far as blending and mixing goes, so I recommend two lots and dump it out into a bowl before putting into the storage jars (it nicely fills and half gallon mason jar). It’s also very messy because it uses multiple powders in the making; put the processor on top of a damp tea towel, or surrounded by one, for easier clean up.
