Seriously delicious! It took about 40 minutes to make, following every step exactly. I didn't have rum, but my husband had some brandy eggnog and I thought the flavor would pair well. I saw a vegan version of this dish on YouTube tonight and decided to make it alongside a sheet of bacon for dinner. We absolutely demolished it, all 3 kiddos loved it! I will be making double batches for special mornings from now on. It's filling but needs some meat on the side to be a meal in my opinion. Goodbye French toast, hello Kaiserschmarrn! Bonus is that this Mama doesn't have to cut it up for the kids!
