Very tasty and easy. I did make additions. Since I brined the breasts and my chicken broth was low sodium I omitted all additional salt. Turned out to be a good call. I added Mushrooms, spinach and 1/2 cup of white wine. I also only cooked the breasts for about 3 minutes a side. Then put on a plate in a 200° degree oven to keep warm. Between the oven and simmering in the sauce at the end for maybe another 2 minutes they finished cooking and were super moist.
