For several months, I've cut sugar completely out of my diet. I decided today to try something with a bit of sugar but healthier ingredients. This recipe was very tasty. Though, I would say, a little too sweet. Coconut sugar is still sugar so next time I make this, I may cut the sugar in half as a lot of sweetness comes through naturally from the berries. I used mixed frozen berries for the filling and the flavor was great! My kids loved this!
