This recipe attracted my attention, but considering the high protein, fat and calories, I needed to assume 8 portions. To bulk up the components I added balsamic roasted Brussel sprouts, pickled red onions, green apple, red grapes and pepitas. I don't generally review recipes when I make so many changes, but this recipe appealed to my meat eater side, but I wanted to increase the plant based. I'm sure I am not the only one like that.
