So easy and delicious! I can't wait to experiment with some slightly diff flavour profiles! Used it on a Mexican lasagna, poutine, and panzerotti. Will try it on pizza next!
Perfect texture and melt for vegan poutine - easy and so much better than any vegan shred or cheese curd that we've tried :)
Make sure you take it off heat and use it before it gets too hard - easier to spread when a little runnier.
