I thought that the chickpeas would be crispy but they weren’t. If you want them crispy then you should follow another recipe for crispy chickpeas. I used the veggies I had in hand - Brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, and massaged kale greens and beets. It was very good and the drizzle was really good. If you make enough for leftovers then double the drizzle recipe.
