Made it mostly to the recipe. Bought ground turkey and also used leftover thanksgiving turkey. It was a bit liquid-y, so mixed cornstarch and water to thicken it up a bit. Would add more spices and vegetables next time. Overall, it was a delicious soup, sould make it again.
