This is pretty good, but a bit bland so needs some tweaking. I tried adding some onion at the end by sautéed half a diced onion on the side and blended that in too. That helped, as did the toasted spices on top. Tried a little harissa powder too based on another comment which gave it a bit more kick and was pretty good. Maybe I should just add more of all the spices next time. It was good with some paneer stuffed paratha too. Used a food processor to grate all the carrots - we doubled the recipe and it was too much to do by hand. I forgot to photograph, but it looks pretty much the same as the cover photo!
