So I'm autistic and have very few safe foods. This has easily become a safe food of mine. It's easy for me to make on low-energy days. The only thing I was iffy with was that leftovers aren't as good and end up quite dry so I'm trying to find a way to make it so leftovers are just as good. 9/10! :)

Try adding a little cream when you heat it back up. Pasta continues to soak up liquid, so leftovers are often dry. I have texture issues with food, and this trick has helped me.
