I'm not sure where you want to add the lemon juice. The recipe doesn't call for anything, and the chocolate melted with the butter covers everything. You just have to pour in all and cover the surface fairly quickly, but carefully.

In the Instagram post, it looks like he brushes the cake with amaretto before applying the chocolate glaze.

Amaretto would make more sense than lemon juice. It fits the profile better, and has a better consistency for accepting the chocolate.
