Super easy. I made with dried beans so it took a bit longer but it would be such a quick meal if I had used canned beans. I made as steamed dumplings rather than baked. 15 min steam time. Next time double biscuit recipe. I probably had 1 can worth of beans and would double next time. Used cornstarch slurry instead of roux.
For dried beans: night before soak cashew and beans.
Day of cook beans 45 min. While cooking make biscuit recipe then rest until ready to cook soup.
Cook soup: sautée onions and garlic and add back in cooked beans, more water hot from tap, frozen veg snd stock powder (I used instead of stock). Stir in cashew cream and top with dumplings. Cover and cook on a simmer for 15 min.
