These are so good. I use einkorn flour which is low in carbs and allulose instead of sugar (use a little extra than the recipe says). It tastes just like sugar but lowers blood sugar. I use coconut sugar for the brown sugar. I also use less chocolate chips but add walnuts.

I use einkorn flour from Jovial and allulose sugar you can buy at Sprouts. You can get the einkorn flour from Reasors too if you have one. Einkorn is tolerated by moat with gluten sensitivities and also is lower glycemic index.
