For claiming to be lemon cookies, these lack all things lemon. 1 Tbsp lemon zest does not lemon flavor make. I'm seriously disappointed. I even added fresh lemon juice also and some extra dry ingredients to balance, but they simply taste like a plain cookie with white chocolate chips in them. So disappointed.
