This is very good. However, the texture is better if you parboil the lasagna a little (not to eldenté, that's too soft). For those in the USA, the oven needs to be @ 350° F. If you make it ahead of time and you're baking it straight from the refrigerator, bake for at least 1 hour (mine took 90 minutes) or until hot and bubbling. Great way to use that leftover holiday ham!
If you have a spinach hater (like my husband), kale is a good substitute, with a milder flavor.
