This lasagna was so good! I used all fresh ingredients (fresh parsley, mozzarella, and parmsean) and every raved about how fantastic it was! I was nervous/skeptical about all of the tomato sauce, paste, and crushed tomatoes but it was 10/10. Somehow we ended up with almost a double batch of meat/sauce so I doubled the ricotta mix and made an extra lasagna to freeze. I will definitely make it again, it was way more flavorful than restaraunt lasagna.
