Used honey instead of maple syrup. Delish
I can fit 1.5lbs in one layer in my 6qt air fryer.

Cut ends off, slice in half. Let all loose leaves fall off.
Bowl: 1½ lbs brussel sprouts, tbsp olive oil, 1½ tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1½ tbsp maple syrup/honey, 1½ tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp kosher salt, black pepper, ½ tsp red pepper flakes. Shake together
Cook at 370⁰ in air fryer for 12 mins, shake basket every 4. If not crispy enough you can cook a few more mins at 400⁰.
