This is a really saucy mac n cheese! Overall a good recipe, and the part where you cool the cooked pasta to help it keep its shape later on is clever. I would add a little less flour to the sauce next time, as I found it almost gooey even before adding the cheese.
I added a bit of Worcester sauce and included various cheeses as I was clearing the fridge out after Christmas. The full recipe gave my partner about 3 servings.
