This was my first pie and it came out really well. I didn't find blueberries so I went for frozen strawberries instead. The filling ended up being a bit mushy and runny, probably because it was frozen and had extra water. I'd suggest using fresh berries if possible. I didn't have yuzu juice so I squeezed some orange juice instead and it was a great decision - oranges have some sweetness to it. The dough was perfect - buttery and not too dry.

try thawing and draining the water from the frozen strawberries next time to prevent the filling from making the crust mushy

Or, coat the frozen berries with starch to thicken the juice so you don't lose all that flavor. About 2 tablespoons of tapioca starch per pie would be about perfect, I think.
