Was a really well received dish.
I can't recommend the crockpot cooking instructions as this recipe calls for. I only used a pound of meat and it was still tougher like a steak at 8 hours of cook time. Switched it over to a pressure cooker for 45 minutes and it was perfect.
Seeing other comments about the beer taste, I went with a light domestic beer and nobody could taste it.
