This was my first time attempting focaccia and oh my goodness I have found my new hobby. This was so easy to make and so so delicious. The base was crispy and the inside soft and fluffy. I left it in the fridge for 17 hours and it was still amazing but next time I’ll leave it for 24 to see if it makes a difference. Overall it was such an easy recipe to follow and the product was incredible. I highly recommend this recipe to first time focaccia makers because it really is that simple!
