I have been eyeing this recipe for so long and finally decided to try it. I am so glad I did! I made my own gochujang sauce using Trader Joe's gochujang paste and added extra goodies in there. I let the mix sit overnight. The super easy bacon kimchi jam was the icing on the cake! Ground chicken can be hard to work with, but this was delicious, and my 14 year old girls (one is picky) loved these!
