Potatos did take longer to cook, but that's fine with me! This turned out great! I used a few different types of potatoes, red, Yukon, and sweet potatoes. I highly recommend marinating the steak bites in something. It will make them so juicy and tender. I did worstershire sauce, garlic, and chicken bone broth (any broth will do, I had some leftover from a different meal and thought I'd use it up)
