I followed the exact recipe and it was pretty good. I found the instructions super clear. Blend all the ingredients until smooth, add to heated broth and cook for a few min. So easy.
After tasting it, I thought it was good! I just added some sesame oil, tamari, and swapped the basil for cilantro. If I make it again I would add some ground peanut flour instead of peanuts to add more protein without the fat. Also swap dates for apple sauce or half an apple.
Good idea though for a fast healthy meal!
