mattes. Not have rocket ( never heard of it). Only had a large single tomatoes so substituted it for the cherry tomatoes. Turned out very good. I'll definitely be making this again.

Rocket is a crunchy leaf lettuce with a bit of spice to it. Fill free to substitute shredded romaine and a little something hot. Not very much heat though!
