Did not have buttermilk but used evaporated milk instead and added seasoning to my liking. It turned out soooo tender! Also the flaky flour tip by adding the rest of the buttermilk mixture to the flour before coating is genius!! Turned out so crispy! Made my own Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich with a piece, it was SO GOOD! can't wait to try more recipes from this app!
