While the falafel was a little dry and fell apart a bit, they tasted good. I only added a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Used lemon hummus, tzaziki sauce, and a cucumber, tomato and Kalamata olives mixture with fresh lemon and olive oil to jazz it up.
