Amazing!! I did substitute bourbon for Apple butter, only because we didn't have any bourbon already, and I was too lazy to run down to the store.
It was one of the best BBQ pork loin recipes my husband and I have had in a while!! He took the leftovers for him and a work buddy, if that says anything.
