It was really delicious. Though for me cooking and emptying the onions first was a bit tedious. Even if it was a beautiful presentation I would probably skip this part and cook the onion soup and serve it in regular oven individual molds next time. It might help to shorten the preparation time a bit as well. Apart from that, it was amazingly tasty.
