I love the simplicity of this, and prepared it per the recipe, but you could certainly add a rub or seasoning prior to cooking. Honestly good with just S&P though. I baked it at 420⁰ for 35 mins and broiled 4 mins. Use your favorite sauce, I used Kinder's Bourbon and Brown Sugar.
