With husband we really liked the dish but it was a bit too mild and milky. We have saved the taste by adding more chilli sauce, soy sauce, and a bit of sesame oil - after adding those, the dish was delicious! I have soaked eggs in soy sauce, mirin & water for a few hours before adding them to the dish. We don't like nori so we skipped that :)
It was easy but a bit time consuming. Maybe the next time I will prepare it faster as I've gained some experience
