😓 Okay, I don't understand why this was a struggle.😓 I doubled the recipe for two servings and the buckwheat wasn't getting bigger or softer - the texture didn't seem right. There wasn't enough stock to do anything, so I kept adding more stock, probably 480ml. Cooked for 40 minutes. Tasted LOVELY in the end.
I used mushroom stock and added soy sauce to season it. I used 250grams mushrooms and served courgette on the side. Goats cheese slice on top.
